Calendar, progesterone & weight tracking

Use the four calendar tabs — schedule, progesterone timeline, pregnancy & whelping, and the puppy weight grid — to run your program on time.

Open the calendar
  1. 1

    Find the four calendar tabs

Open Calendar from the sidebar. Across the top you'll see four tabs: Schedule, Progesterone, Pregnancy & whelping, and Puppy weights. Schedule is your classic event list; the other three are monthly calendars and grids built for breeding work.

    Read the progesterone timeline

The Progesterone tab shows a real monthly calendar. Heat cycles appear in pink, each progesterone (P4) blood draw in blue, and confirmed breedings in green. Log a P4 result from a litter's Breeding tab and it lands on this calendar automatically, so you can see the whole cycle at a glance.

    • Click any month arrow to look back at previous cycles when planning a repeat breeding.

    Track pregnancy & whelping dates

The Pregnancy & whelping tab maps every expected milestone: due dates in red, ultrasound/x-ray confirmations in purple, and expected heat or go-home dates in orange. These entries are created automatically from your litter records — no double entry.

Enter daily weights in the spreadsheet grid

The Puppy weights tab is a fillable grid that works like a spreadsheet. Down the left are 11 collar colors — red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue, purple, pink, brown, gray and white. Across the top, the first column is the Date and the second is Weight. Type a date and that puppy's weight in the boxes for its collar color; add a new column each day from newborn through go-home.

    • Entries save automatically to each puppy's record and feed the growth charts on the litter page.

Weights flow into the growth charts

Everything you enter in the grid appears on the litter's Growth & shots tab as color-coded lines — one per puppy, matching its collar. A puppy whose line flattens stands out immediately, so you can intervene early.
