Using the platform
Iron Crest Advantage provides software for managing a dog breeding business and for puppy owners to follow their puppy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you run your program.
Not veterinary advice
Iron Crest Advantage is a record-keeping and scheduling tool. Nothing in the platform — including reminders, timelines, charts or AI-generated text — is veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health decisions about your dogs and puppies.
Legal documents
Contract templates are provided as configurable starting points only. You should have any agreement reviewed by an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before using it with buyers.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Add-on purchases are billed separately.
Marketplace commission
Listing on the Iron Crest Advantage marketplace is free. When a puppy is sold through the platform, Iron Crest Advantage charges a flat 4% commission on the total sale price, including deposits and balance payments. The commission is calculated on each payment, disclosed on the invoice, and deducted before payout. Sales arranged entirely outside the platform are not subject to the commission.
Marketplace conduct
Breeder profiles and listings must be truthful. Misrepresenting health testing, pedigrees, availability or pricing may result in removal from the marketplace.
Your data
You own your records. You can export dogs, litters, puppies, customers and financial data at any time. If your subscription ends, your data remains available for export for 60 days before deletion.
