What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the breeding and customer records you enter, uploaded documents and images, payment metadata, and standard technical logs.
How data is separated
Every breeder business is isolated. Database-level security policies restrict each record to the business that owns it. Puppy owners can only see their own application, puppy, payments, contracts and messages.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We keep only the amount, status and reference needed for your records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers required to run the platform, or where legally required.
Your choices
You can export your data at any time, correct it from within the app, adjust notification preferences, and request deletion of your account and associated records.
