Buyers apply from your public profile or a puppy listing. Each submission lands in your CRM and sends you a push notification, so nothing sits unanswered in an inbox.

Work the pipeline

Drag each buyer through the stages — new lead, screening, approved, deposit paid, active owner. Notes and message history stay attached to the buyer, so you always know what was promised.

Send the contract for e-signature

Upload your own agreement in Contracts, assign it to a buyer and a puppy, and send it. The buyer reads and signs it in their portal; the signature is timestamped and the signed contract becomes locked and permanent.

• Signed contracts cannot be edited by either side — reissue instead if terms change.

Take deposits and balances

Request the application fee, deposit or final balance and the buyer pays by card. Receipts are automatic, outstanding balances are visible on your dashboard, and reminders go out before the due date.

Keep supporting the owner

After go-home, the owner keeps their portal — photos, weights, health records, the signed contract and the AI Vet Tech — for the life of the dog. That lifetime access is what turns buyers into referrals.
